4. What do you mean by customer service?

A Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase of a good or any service. It is the lifeblood of any business. It is all about bringing a customer back to the bank.

5. Why should we hire you?

One has to tell reasons as to why he fits into this position. Think of all the positive traits in your personality that makes you suitable for the job. You have to tell how your studies, skills, experience and personal qualities will contribute to the work of the bank.
